iCloud sync
Sync is off by default. Sign in to iCloud on your iPhone, then open Settings → iCloud private sync and turn it on. The details screen shows status, progress and the last successful sync time. You can also trigger a manual sync or clear cloud data there.
同步默认关闭。请先在 iPhone 登录 iCloud，再到一笔的“设置 → iCloud 私有同步”中开启；详情页会显示状态、进度和最后同步时间，也支持手动同步及清除云端数据。
Import and export
YiBi can intelligently import common spreadsheet formats from other ledger apps and merge entries after preview. Excel export includes dates, categories, notes, currency and optional location fields.
一笔支持智能识别其他记账应用导出的常见表格，并在预览后合并；Excel 导出包含日期、分类、备注、币种和可选位置字段。
Permissions
Location, camera, speech, microphone and Face ID are optional. If a permission was declined, open iOS Settings → Apps → YiBi to change it. Manual entry remains available.
位置、相机、语音、麦克风和 Face ID 均为可选权限。若曾拒绝，可到“系统设置 → App → 一笔”中调整；手动记账始终可用。
Cloud recognition
On-device receipt recognition is the default. Cloud recognition is optional and must be enabled and confirmed in YiBi Settings. When enabled, payment screenshots are sent to a third-party AI model to extract amount, merchant and category suggestions; if it is unavailable, YiBi falls back to on-device OCR.
本机识别为默认方式。云端智能识别需要在一笔设置中主动开启并确认；开启后，付款截图会发送至第三方 AI 模型提取金额、商户和分类建议。服务不可用时会自动回退本机 OCR。
Response
Please include your YiBi version, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Do not send full ledger exports unless support specifically requests them.
请附上应用版本、iOS 版本和问题描述。除非支持人员明确要求，请不要发送完整账本导出文件。
