Privacy Policy

1. Ledger data

YiBi processes the entries, amounts, categories, notes, receipt scans and optional locations that you create. They are stored on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple CloudKit stores this content in your private iCloud database. The developer cannot browse that private database.

一笔会处理你主动创建的账目、金额、分类、备注、小票识别结果和可选位置信息。默认保存在设备上；开启 iCloud 同步后，由 Apple CloudKit 存入你的私人 iCloud 数据库，开发者无法浏览该私人数据库。

2. Optional permissions

Location adds an optional place to a new entry. Camera access scans a receipt locally. Microphone and speech recognition support voice entry. Face ID protects access to your ledger. YiBi requests each permission only when you use the related feature, and manual entry remains available if you decline.

位置、相机、麦克风、语音识别和 Face ID 均为可选能力，只在你使用相应功能时请求；拒绝后仍可手动记账。

3. Analytics

YiBi uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand basic product usage and improve reliability. It may process app interaction events, an app-instance identifier, app version, device model, operating system, language, time zone and country-level region derived from network information. We do not send ledger amounts, notes, receipts or precise entry locations to Analytics. Analytics is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

一笔使用 Google Firebase Analytics 了解基础功能使用情况并改进稳定性，可能处理功能交互、应用实例标识、应用版本、设备型号、系统、语言、时区及由网络信息推断的国家/地区。账目金额、备注、小票及精确位置不会发送给 Analytics，也不用于广告或跨 App 追踪。

4. Optional cloud recognition

YiBi performs receipt and payment-screen recognition on your device by default. Cloud recognition is off by default. Only after you explicitly enable it in Settings and confirm the disclosure, a payment screenshot and recognition request are sent to a third-party cloud AI model to extract an amount, merchant and suggested category. A private service retains the image, model response, mapped result and processing timestamps for recognition audit and reliability. If the service or network is unavailable, YiBi falls back to on-device OCR; you can turn cloud recognition off at any time.

默认情况下，一笔只在设备本机识别小票和付款截图。云端智能识别默认关闭；只有在设置中主动开启并确认说明后，付款截图及识别请求才会发送给第三方云端 AI 模型，用于提取金额、商户和建议分类。私有服务会保留图片、模型返回、最终映射结果和处理时间，用于识别审计与可靠性改进。云端或网络不可用时会自动回退本机 OCR；你可以随时关闭云端识别。

5. Feedback and development inquiries

Only when you choose to send a request, our Supabase-hosted support service receives the contact details and message you enter, together with app version, iOS version, device model, language and time zone. The request is forwarded to our support mailbox and used only to respond, troubleshoot and improve the product.

只有在你主动发送反馈或开发咨询时，Supabase 托管的支持服务才会接收你填写的联系方式和内容，以及应用版本、iOS 版本、设备型号、语言和时区，用于回复、排查问题和改进产品。

6. Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. Service providers process data only to provide their services: Apple for iCloud and platform features, Google for Analytics, and Supabase for support delivery. Support requests are retained as needed to respond and maintain records. You may request access or deletion by emailing service@novahalo.ai.

我们不会出售个人数据。Apple、Google 和 Supabase 仅为提供对应服务处理相关数据。支持请求按回复和维护记录所需保留；你可以通过上述邮箱申请查阅或删除。

7. Your choices

• Keep iCloud sync off or disable it at any time.
• Disable location recording in YiBi settings.
• Keep cloud recognition off, or turn it off at any time.
• Change permissions in iOS Settings.
• Export your ledger to Excel or clear cloud data from sync settings.

你可以随时关闭 iCloud 同步与位置记录，在系统设置中调整权限，通过 Excel 导出完整账本，或在同步设置中清除云端数据。
